A: Generally speaking, for the none RoHS orders, the lead time is 20-25 days; if the products need to be RoHS inspected, the delivery time will be extended to 35 days. If we meet the peak season, it will delay about 10-15 days.

PRODUCTS

Q: Is air cooler same as air conditioners?
A: No. Air cooler is another kind of air processor, it does not include air compressor, but only make out cool wind by water cycle system; Air conditioner is work with air compressor system. It is the difference. However, our air cooler not only with cooling and heating function, but also has another function, such as purifier, humidifier; additional function such as anion generator, calendar and so on.

Q: How does the water cycle system realize the cooling function? How does it cool the air?
A: On the back of the air cooler, there is a water filter; when user operates the cooling function, the cooled water will be raised upon the water filter. When the air pass through the wet water filter to be blew out of the wind outlet, it will be cooled down and humidified. We have two kind of water filter: one is dismountable water filter with water pump sprinkling system, the other is roll water filter with roll sprinkling system (without pump).Our air cooler is supplied together with special ice box or common ice to improve the effect of cooling.

Q: What is the function of "Ice Box" enclosed with the Air Cooler?
A: Our Air Coolers are supplied with two units of Ice Boxes (freezing point -12 degree) , which can absorb the energy of water little by little, keeping the temperature of the water around 0 C lower than that of the ambience, making the wind coming from the machine much cooler and improve the cooling efficiency.

Q: Is there any special chemicals used in your products to for air purifying?
A: We use anion generator and optical catalyst instead of other chemicals to adsorb and dissolve the harmful chemicals and bacteria in the air. Our air cooler is green product; our target is to care health and keep living environment better and better.

Q: What is the function of optical catalyst?
A: Optical catalyst can adsorb the harmful chemicals in the air, especially formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc. And it sterilizes coliform, coccus and so on, and reduces the harmful composition origined from dead bacteria. Also, it has the functions of deodorization and antipollution.

Q: Do you have quartz heater?
A: We have no quartz heater, but we have Halogen heater, Carbon heater, Ceramic far-infrared heater, PTC heater and so on.

Q: What kind of safety devices are used in the heaters?
A: There are thermostat and thermal fuse used in the heaters, which form double protection for over-heat.

Q: What is the heating material of air cooler/heater?
A: It is PTC heating part set inside.

Q: What is principle of the "body sensor switch"?
A: Said "body sensor switch" is actually the infrared sensor switch (the effective area 2 meters long and 80¡ãangle), which could remote sense the heat radiation from the human body and turn on/off the unit automatically.

Q: What is the function of anion?
A: sterilize, deodorize, decrease dust and smoke, adsorb toxic gas; Our Anion density is strictly made according to different regional standard. We made Anion Generator by ourselves.

Q: What is the principle of anion generator?
A: input common power, through the Anion Generator enhancing the voltage, and output about 3000 to 5000V voltage power on the carbon fiber brush of anion generator, however, the current is weak, which isn¡¯t harmful to human. Anion generator is a safe product.

the high voltage power make the molecule in the air separate to proton, neutron and electron, then the protons and neutrons are absorb by the carbon fiber brush because they are heavy while the electrons are blew to everywhere because they are light.
the electrons stick to the dust, the smoke and other articles and gas in the air and electricize them, then push them down to the earth as result of static, and then we can feel the refreshing air and the comfort of anion.

Q: What are the advantages of the PTC heating element?
A: We use PTC heating element in our Air Cooler/Heater. PTC is a kind of advanced ceramic heating element, it has many advantages such as energy saving, over-heat protection, long using life, without consuming oxygen, without shining and illumination, blowing soft wind, temperature set and so on.

Q: How much is the effective cooling area of one air cooler?
A: about 25 square meters.( 18-25 m2 )

Q: Why you don not produce 80W air cooler?
A: Most people had thought that the cooling effect of 80W air cooler is better than that of 60W. In fact, the cooling effect depends on wind speed and the area of wind outlet. The power only decides the wind speed, but not decides the air flux; we produce 60W air cooler, however, owing to our scientific design on the wind outlet, the air flux of our products is larger than the 80W air cooler in most cases; what¡¯s more, 60W air cooler is more energy saving than 80W, so, usually the cooling effect of our product is the best .

Q: This model is so beautiful; can you tell me the flow of New Product Development ( NPD)?
A: Of course, we have perfect NPD flow. Before deciding to develop a new product, we will carry out market survey for 0.5-1 year, including customer¡¯s requirement survey, competitor¡¯s new products survey, the popular products in the market. Then we will arrange our Research engineers to analyze the competitor¡¯s sample and the market information, and form the market survey report and feasibility report about the new product development. After market survey, we will arrange our design engineers to design all kinds of 3D pictures, and then select one to make prototype, and then to develop, then to trial production, plenty production. Each process will complete many tests and modification, maybe it will stop as some unexpected hazard. Thanks to the complex NPD flow, most of our new product development are successful. then our customer can cooperated with us for a long time and share our success.
